We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer an easy return and replacement process under the conditions below.
Return & Replacement Window
You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return or replacement, the product must be:
Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Returned with original packaging and tags (if applicable)
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order ID or invoice)
Defective/wrong item Replacement available.
Size issue → Exchange subject to stock availability.
Refund only if replacement/exchange is unavailable.
Replacement & Refund Process
In case of a wrong or damaged product, we will first offer a replacement.
A refund will only be issued if a replacement is not available.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or replacements for:
Products damaged due to customer misuse
Items without original packaging or tags
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return or replacement, please contact our support team with your order details and clear images/videos of the product issue.
